With Tour de Suisse, we welcome the fourth launch partner for the 3X3 SIX. In the new Gondola, our 6-speed gear hub meets an agile longtail that makes carrying children, groceries and luggage easy every day.
Drop the kids off at nursery, head to the office, then pick up the weekly groceries on the way home: The Gondola from Tour de Suisse is made for journeys when there’s more to carry. This compact longtail combines versatile carrying options with agile handling – and can be equipped to suit your everyday needs.
Carry more. Just ride.
At the front, a MIK rack accommodates baskets, bags or boxes. At the rear, dual MIK HD mounts provide options for child seats and cargo accessories. Fixed footboards and a drivetrain cover complete the setup for riding with children. The centre stand makes loading, unloading and getting on and off easier.
The maximum permissible total weight is 200 kg. A Bosch Performance Line PX motor provides electric assistance, powered by a 625 Wh battery housed in the down tube.
Six gears. Carrying more every day.
The Gondola is optionally available with a belt drive and our 3X3 SIX gear hub. Its six evenly spaced gears are well suited to everyday journeys around the city. A particularly welcome feature is the silent freewheel, which lets the Gondola roll quietly through the neighbourhood, to your next appointment or with the kids on board.
Stopping is just as straightforward. Thanks to Auto-Downshift, the SIX automatically shifts back to your preset starting gear when you stop. This makes pulling away at traffic lights easier, especially with children or groceries on board. The SIX also lets you shift gears at a standstill. Combined with the belt drive, it creates a clean, low-maintenance drivetrain for a bike with plenty to do every day.
With the Gondola, Tour de Suisse adds a versatile longtail to the growing range of bikes equipped with the 3X3 SIX. We look forward to the partnership – and to a bike that shows how well six gears fit a busy everyday life.
